My mom got this recipe from a radio cooking show a few decades ago. Our whole family loves them! I like to top with ketchup, but you can eat them as they are.

These pancakes are a great way to use up leftover tomatoes.

These pancakes were a good base recipe. I added some additional spices and herbs to give them more flavor.

I would make these pancakes again, but I would make a few changes. I would use less oil and I would make the pancakes thinner.

The pancakes were a bit too thick for my taste. I think I would have preferred to make them thinner.

These pancakes were a bit too oily for my liking. I think I would have preferred to use less oil in the batter.

I had some trouble getting the pancakes to cook evenly. Some of them were overcooked while others were still undercooked. I think I might have needed to adjust the heat on my stovetop.

These pancakes were a little bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had added some more spices or herbs. The texture was good, though, and they were cooked evenly.

These pancakes were a hit with my family. The kids loved the cheesy tomato flavor, and I appreciated that they were a healthier alternative to traditional pancakes. I'll definitely be adding them to our regular breakfast rotation.

I'm not usually a big fan of pancakes, but these tomato pancakes were delicious! They were light and fluffy, with a slightly tangy flavor from the tomatoes. I served them with sour cream and chives, and they were perfect.

These pancakes were fantastic! The flavors of the tomatoes and cheese were so well-balanced, and the pancakes were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be making these again and again!
