Tomato Orange Salsa image

A quick easy salsa based on a Moosewood recipe. Will last 2-3 days in the fridge if it isn't polished off sooner

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 ripe tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons red onions, diced
1 green chili pepper, minced
1 orange, sectioned and seeded with each section cut in half
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
salt, to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Let sit for 10-15 minues to allow the flavours to blend.
