8 plum tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
basil, chopped
3 oz. Feta cheese
1/2 c. Olive oil, extra virgin
Baquette bread or parisian

Steps:

  • Chop tomatoes and place in baking dish. Mince garlic cloves and chop basil and add to the tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake at 350 for 20 mins. or until heated through. Sprinkle feta on top and serve hot with sliced baquette or parisian bread.
