Tomato Basil & Feta Salad image

This is a simple salad that requires no salad dressing. I brought this to a dinner party and every one loved it. This has become my new favorite salad and it is so easy to make, and strays away from the traditional green salad.

This salad is a great make-ahead option for busy weeknights. You can chop the vegetables and make the dressing ahead of time, and then just assemble the salad when you're ready to eat. It's also a great salad to pack for lunch.

I made this salad for my family, and they all loved it! Even my picky kids ate it without complaint. I think the key is to use really fresh ingredients. The tomatoes and basil should be ripe and flavorful, and the feta should be creamy and tangy.

I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes, but I actually really enjoyed this salad. The basil and feta helped to balance out the tanginess of the tomatoes, and the dressing was really flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

This salad was a bit too tangy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a balsamic vinegar that was a bit too strong. Next time, I'll use a milder vinegar, or maybe even a lemon vinaigrette.

I was skeptical about the feta, but it actually worked really well with the other flavors. The salad was light and refreshing, and the dressing was tangy and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.
