TOMATO BARLEY SALAD

Steps:
- Place barley in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over barley; toss to coat. Stir in tomatoes and corn. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
