Tollhouse Cookie Pie Bars Recipe - (4.2/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 large eggs
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (approx. 2 cups)
1 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Beat flour, butter and brown sugar in bowl until crumbly. Press onto bottom of greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. 3. Meanwhile, beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl. 4. Stir in semi-sweet chips and walnuts; pour over hot crust. 5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center is set. 6. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 7. Cut and enjoy!
