This is a recipe I made up, and I later changed it to be healthier. It's excellent! You can serve this over ice, or pour it over vanilla ice cream.

Overall, I thought this smoothie was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This smoothie was a bit bland. I would recommend adding some spices or extracts to give it more flavor.

This smoothie was too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less maple syrup or honey.

I wasn't a fan of the texture of the tofu in this smoothie. I think I would prefer to use a different protein powder.

This smoothie is so easy to make and it's the perfect way to use up leftover tofu. I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder for an extra boost of protein.

I was skeptical about tofu in a smoothie, but I was pleasantly surprised! The tofu added a creamy texture and a boost of protein without overpowering the other flavors.
