Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients Spray cups of extra large muffin pan with oil. Recipe should make 11 jumbo muffin sized brownies. Bake for 22 minutes or until brownies pull away from the sides of the pan. Let cool for 10 minutes before turning out of the pan. Drizzle with Chocolate topping used to plate desserts(the kind that comes in a squeeze bottle) before you serve them. Garnish with a slice of strawberry or a couple of raspberries. You can freeze when cooled to keep fresh until ready to serve if making ahead of time. Muffin top pans are also really nice. They make lovely hockey puck sized cakes. Spray the pan with oil spray to prepare. You can remove the baked muffin tops almost immediately after baking with a spatula. Move to a rack to finish cooling.
