Steps:
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13 dish with saltines. Bring butter and sugar to a rolling boil (about five minutes). Pour over saltines. Top with chocolate chips. Alternatively, melt choc. chips in bowl in microwave. And pour over toffee mix.
