Steps:
- In mixing bowl, cream butter, and sugars.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in vanilla.
- Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in toffee bits.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in.
- apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 375 for 10-12 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool for 1 min.
- before removing to wire racks.
