These cookie balls are a great way to get my kids to eat coconut. They love the sweet, chocolatey flavor, and they don't even realize they're eating coconut.

I love that these cookie balls can be made ahead of time and frozen. It's so convenient to be able to just grab a few out of the freezer when I need a quick snack or dessert.

These cookie balls are a great way to use up leftover Oreos. I always have a few packages of Oreos in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use them for.

I had a hard time finding golden Oreos, so I used regular Oreos instead. The cookie balls still turned out great, but I think they would have been even better with golden Oreos.

These cookie balls were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try making them with less sugar next time.

I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but I loved these cookie balls! The coconut flavor was subtle and not overpowering, and it paired perfectly with the chocolate. I'll definitely be making these again.

I love the combination of flavors and textures in these cookie balls. The toasted coconut adds a nice crunch, while the Oreo cookie and golden Oreos provide a soft and chewy center. They're the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.
