I'm not sure what went wrong with this recipe. I followed the instructions exactly, but the toad in the hole turned out terrible. It was dry and tasteless.

This was a complete disaster. The batter didn't rise and the sausages were raw. I had to throw the whole thing away.

The batter was too thick and the sausages were overcooked. I would not recommend this recipe.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more salt and pepper.

I'm not a big fan of toad in the hole, but this recipe was actually pretty good. The sausages were well-cooked and the batter was fluffy.

This is a classic dish that is easy to make and always delicious. I like to use a variety of sausages, such as pork, beef, and lamb. I also add some herbs and spices to the batter for extra flavor.

I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of sausage and Yorkshire pudding is irresistible, and the gravy is the perfect finishing touch.
