Named for a county in Ireland, this cocktail is made with Irish whisky and emerald-green herbal Chartreuse liqueur.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3/4 ounces Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce Chartreuse
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
3 or 4 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
