Tilapia Creole Sauce image

This was created after reading several Creole sauce recipes and using the ingredients at hand. This would probably work with any mild fish. Next time I make this I will probably add some crab meat.

Not bad! The sauce was a little too spicy for my taste, but the tilapia was cooked well. I'll try it again with a milder sauce.

Not a fan. The sauce was too spicy for my taste, and the fish was a bit dry. I think I'll stick to my usual tilapia recipe.

Easy and delicious! I used a pre-made creole sauce, and it still turned out great. The fish was flaky and moist. Served it with steamed vegetables.
