TIAN DE COURGETTE ET TOMATE AU FROMAGE DE CHEVRE image

5-6 petites tomates
3 petites corgettes
1 buche de fromage de chevre
5cl d'huile d'olive
30g de parmesan rape
Origan
Quelques brqnches de romarin-sel fin

Steps:

  • Lavez les tomates et les courgettes. taillez ces legumes et la buche de chevre en fine rondelles. Badigeonne le plat a gratin d'huile d'olive. Disposez une premiere rangee de courgettes, biens droites, dans le plat a gratin. Continuez avec les tomates. Recommencez cetter operation, ajoutez une rangee de tranches de chevre. Remplissez tout le plat serrant bien les differentes ranges. Arrosez d'un filet d'huile d'olive, assisonnez de sel et d'origan, saupoudrez de parmesan rape. Faites cuire pendant 15 a 20 min dans un four de 200C. Decorez avec les branches de romarin.
