I make small packages of these and freeze them. I often use them as a cold appetizer on crackers or melba toast.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my tamales didn't turn out very well. They were dry and crumbly.

The tamales were good, but they weren't as flavorful as I was hoping for. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

These tamales were a little dry for my taste. I think I would add more liquid to the masa next time.

I'm not a big fan of tamales, but these were really good. The masa was light and fluffy, and the filling was flavorful without being too spicy.

These tamales were delicious! I especially liked the addition of the guajillo peppers. They gave the tamales a nice smoky flavor.
