THYME-ROASTED SWEET ONIONS WITH TOMATOES AND GARLIC

Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine first 4 ingredients in 9x13-inch shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well. Roast in oven until onions are golden brown and very tender, stirring occasionally, about 45 minutes or less Transfer to bowl. Serve hot or at room temperature.
