My Daddy, whose nickname was Thunder from his days as a defensive end at LSU, was a wonderful cook. This is the mushroom sauce he served every time he grilled steaks, which was quite often.

- 1. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the onions and garlic. Saute a few minutes and add remaining ingredients until the veggies have softened. Spoon over grilled steak. Delicious!
