Three Minute Brown Sugar Fudge image

2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans

Steps:

  • Heat together first five ingredients in a large heavy bottomed saucepan.
  • Boil hard three minutes. Add vanilla and nuts.
  • Beat until thick and pour into grease 9x9 pan.
  • Cut when cool using a knife dipped in hot water.
