THREE FRUIT SALSA image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 cup finely chopped cantaloupe
1 cup finely chopped mango
1 cup finely chopped strawberries
1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno or poblano (seeded)
1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl, let stand for 15 - 20 minutes, serve with a slotted spoon. Best used fresh the fruit starts to masticate quickly and will be somewhat soggy the next day though still tasty.
