Thousand Island Dressing III image

A spicy version of Thousand Island, using chili sauce instead of ketchup. This is best if left to sit in the frig for several hours.

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
2 tablespoons minced pimento
2 tablespoons minced sweet pickle

Steps:

  • Mix together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, pimento and pickle. Chill until ready to serve.
