Thick Mixed Berry Smoothie image

This is the ultimate smoothie. It is so good it should almost be served as a dessert! It has a beautiful purple color, too!

Yield 2 large glasses

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed field berries
1 banana
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup milk
6 ice cubes (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

This smoothie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's because I used frozen berries instead of fresh. Next time, I'll use fresh berries and see if that makes a difference.
