The Talk of the Potluck Kale and Apple Salad image

A favorite for potlucks, family gatherings, and hot summer nights at home. With a food processor to chop the kale, I can be done and out the door to a party within 25 minutes - and that includes 5 minutes to find my keys. My kids love this salad when I add lots of apples!

This salad is a great way to use up leftover kale. I had some kale that was starting to wilt, so I decided to make this salad. It turned out really well! The kale was still tender, and the apples and walnuts added a nice sweetness and crunch. I will

I followed the recipe exactly and the salad turned out great. The dressing was a little too tangy for my taste, so I added a bit of honey to sweeten it up. Overall, I really enjoyed this salad and would definitely make it again.
