The Solution to Canned Spinach image

My family loves this. It started out in Peg Bracken's "I Hate To Cook Book", but I didn't have any fresh onions one day, and I had everything else. It's easy and fast. Double or treble to serve however many you need to feed. It's always a success at holiday dinners. Leftovers reheat nicely if there's any left.

This recipe was a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt, or omitting it altogether.

I love this recipe! It's so versatile. I've used it as a side dish, a main course, and even as a filling for omelets.

This was a quick and easy side dish. I served it with grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, and it was a perfect complement.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The spinach was a little bland, even though I added extra seasoning. I probably won't make it again.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover spinach. I had some leftover from a salad, and this was the perfect way to use it up.

This was my first time cooking with canned spinach, and I was pleasantly surprised. The recipe was easy to follow, and the spinach turned out really well. I'll definitely be making this again.

This recipe was a lifesaver! I had a can of spinach in my pantry that I didn't know what to do with, and this recipe turned out so delicious. I added some extra garlic and chili flakes, and it was perfect.
