Steps:
- Mix the ingredients together well and store in an airtight container. This is the ideal seasoning for yam fries, mashed sweet potato, roasted sweet potatoes, sprinkled on in place of salt on baked sweet potatoes...what can I say, I sure love sweet potatoes! :D This is a seasoning salt quite like no other. I was inspired by Southern cooking when I came up with this. Would make a nice gift for the sweet potato fry fan in your life if presented in a nice spice bottle. (1 SERVING = 1 TEASPOON)
