Steps:
- 1. Cut up bacon into small pieces. Fry and set aside to drain on a paper towel.
- 2. Brown ground beef with garlic salt and pepper, drain.
- 3. Mix all remaining ingredients together (including bacon)
- 4. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 for 45 minutes ~OR~ put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours, or more, until ready to serve.
