1/2 cup chopped Onion
1 tbsp Oil
3 minced Garlic cloves
1/2 pound sugar snap Peas
1/2 cup shredded Carrots
3 cups cubed, cooked turkey tenderloin
3/4 cup reduced-sodium Chicken broth
1/4 cup rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp crushed red Pepper
1 cup cooked rice
2 tbsp chopped Basil leaves
Salt to taste
Ground black Pepper
4 Lime wedges

Steps:

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper flakes well. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic, and cook until onion becomes soft.
