THAI TUNA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 pound tuna steak
7oz bag flat rice noodles
2 cups orange sections
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 pound snow peas

Steps:

  • Whisk orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and oyster sauce in a bowl. Place tuna in a shallow plate and pour 4 tablespoons of the liquid mixture over both sides. Place medium sized pan on high heat to sear tuna on both sides. Soak noodles in hot water for ten minutes until tender. Drain, then transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients including thinly sliced tuna and toss.
