This I have not made, as I live in Thailand, this is probably the closest Americanized version of a 'Thai Spice Mix" with actual Thai seasonings used. Ground Lemongrass and Ground Kaffir Lime Leaves are real things. Every Thai dish is different with regards to the seasoning for them, so this should get you into the ball...
