Thai Shrimp Toast image

This is best made with dry breads or you can let bread sit overnight before using. To make smaller pieces for a party use cocktail bread. The Thai sweet chili sauce can be found in Asian markets, but if it is too difficult to find you can use sweet and sour sauce as a substitute.

I thought the shrimp toast was just okay. The filling was a bit bland and the toast was a bit too crispy. I'll probably try a different recipe next time.

The shrimp toast was a bit too oily for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try baking it next time instead of frying it.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The shrimp toast is crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. I love dipping it in the sweet chili sauce.

This Thai shrimp toast recipe was a hit! The shrimp filling was flavorful and juicy, and the toast was crispy and golden brown. I served it with a sweet chili sauce and it was the perfect appetizer.
