Thai Curry Chicken With Sweet Potato image

Chunks of chicken breast and sliced onions are sauteed in flavorful Thai green curry paste, then cooked in a creamy sauce made with cream cheese, sweet potato, and sliced bell peppers. The first time I made this with 3 tablespoons green curry paste, but that might be a bit too hot.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and always turns out delicious. I usually add a little extra spice, but that's just my preference.

This was the worst Thai curry I've ever had. The chicken was tough and the sauce was bland.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by adding some coconut milk. Overall, it was a good dish.
