2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup slivered carrot
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 fresh lime, juice of

I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand, so I made a few substitutions. I used broccoli instead of asparagus and red bell pepper instead of green. It turned out great! I also added a bit of extra garlic and ginger for more flavor.
