TEXAS ROASTED POTATOES image

Easy and delicious. I usually double this recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lb red potatoes, quartered
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic, granulated
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2. Toss together all ingredients in large bowl.
  • 3. Place on baking sheet.
  • 4. Cook for 1 hour, turning frequently, or until lightly browned.
