Steps:
- 1. In large pan, cook beef, onion, bell pepper til the beef is browned. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes til rice is done.
- 2. Add cheese and cook til it melts. Serve with garlic bread and a green salad. Makes 4 servings. Note: Add mushrooms and green beans if desired.
