1 small onion, chopped
1 large egg
1/2 c bread crumbs, dry
1/4 c mild salsa
2 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
2 Tbsp cilantro, fresh divided
1 pkg (2.64-ounce) package country-style gravy mix

This was a good recipe, but I made a few changes. I used ground beef instead of steak, and I added some chopped carrots and celery to the sauce. It turned out great!
