Tex Mex Layered Taco Dip image

Great appetizer to serve at gatherings. A real crowd pleaser. Very easy to make and loaded with lots of flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 1/2 cups guacamole
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
1/2 head lettuce, finely sliced
1 bunch green onion, chopped
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can black olives, sliced
2 cups cheddar cheese, finely shredded

Steps:

  • Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Spread guacamole over the refried beans. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over the guacamole. Sprinkle on top in the following order:.
  • • Lettuce.
  • • Green onions.
  • • Tomatoes.
  • • Black olives.
  • • Shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Chill and serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
