Tex-Mex Bean Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 (15 1/2-ounce) can chili beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package Morningstar Farms® Grillers® veggie burger, thawed and cubed
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 tablespoon lime juice

Steps:

  • 1. Place chili beans in bowl. Partially mash with wooden spoon. Set aside.2. In 12-inch frypan, saute onions in oil. Add Morningstar Farms® Grillers® Vegan Veggie Burgers and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes longer. Stir in beans and remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Serve hot with baked tortilla chips or celery sticks, if desired.
