Teriyaki Beef image

I love Teriyaki. You can't beat homemade, it tastes so much better. I hope that you will enjoy this quick and easy recipe. The longer the steak marinates the better it tastes.

3 lbs beef steak, sliced thin
2/3 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp blood orange juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger finely grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
3 green onions, finely chopped (garnish)
fresh cilantro, (garnish)
sesame seeds garnish (optional)
steamed rice

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and blend well.
  • 2. Put the steak slices in the marinade and allow to sit for 4 hours or over night.
  • 3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 4. Pour entire mixture into a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  • 5. Garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
