Steps:
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a Martini glass. Dip the rim in sugar. Combine tequila with cranberry juice concentrate, water, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously until icy cold, then strain into glass.
