I've never had Stilton cheese before, so I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe. But I'm glad I did! The cheese sauce was amazing, and it really complemented the beef.

The cheese sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall it was a good dish.

This dish was an absolute delight! The beef was cooked to perfection, and the Stilton cheese sauce was rich and flavorful. I served it over mashed potatoes, and it was a hit with my family. Will definitely be making this again!
