This recipe is terrible. The chicken was tough and the sauce was too salty. I would not recommend this recipe.

The chicken was a bit bland, but the sauce was flavorful. I would try this recipe again, but I would add more spices to the chicken.

The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would try this recipe again, but I would adjust the cooking time to make sure the chicken is cooked through.

This is the best tatsuta age recipe I've ever tried. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce was also amazing - sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy. I will definitely be making this again!
