My dear friend made this a lot when we were housemates. Its really yummy and really simple to make! Perfect for a hearty, but quick week night meal!

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain off excess grease.
- 2. Mix ground beef with three cans of mushroom soup and spread in the bottom of a glass casserole or baking dish.
- 3. Place tater tots on top of soup. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until desired tots reach desired crispness.
- 4. Add cheese to top. Bake, uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
