12 oz de crème ou lait entier
1/4 ts farine
2 oeufs
2 1/8 ts sucre brun

Steps:

  • Faire bouillir la crème. Mélanger ensemble, la farine, les oeufs et le sucre brun. Ajouter à la crème. Maintenir à petite ébullition 5 minutes. Verser la préparation dans une croute à tarte non-cuite. Au four à 300 degres - une heure
