A tangy potato salad using Italian dressing and fresh dill. I love this even though I am not a fan of potato salads. Can be made using all low-fat or fat-free products. Just as good.

I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise, so I used Greek yogurt instead. The potato salad was still really good, and I didn't miss the mayonnaise at all.

This potato salad is a great way to use up leftover potatoes. I always have a few leftover potatoes after making mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes, and this is a great way to use them up.

I'm not a huge fan of dill, so I used parsley instead. The potato salad was still really good, but I think I would have preferred it with dill.

I made this potato salad exactly as the recipe said and it was way too vinegary for my taste. I had to add a lot of extra sugar to balance it out.
