Tangerine Tuna (marinade) image

Excellent. This recipe came from a cookbook called "Miami Spice" which I picked up in the Miami airport. The marinade can be used on other types of fish as well. It smells heavenly and tastes even better. Prep time includes marinating time.

The zesty favors of the tangerine really paired well with the richness of the tuna. I served the fish with a side of quinoa and steamed broccoli for a complete meal.

My fish turned out so juicy and tender. It flaked beautifully with a fork. Not to mention, the flavor was spot on with the sweet citrus and salty soy sauce flavors blending so well together.

Followed the recipe to make the marinade with some Mahi Mahi that I needed to cook. The flavors were so refreshing in the fish. I live in Florida where citrus is abundant, so I can see myself making this quite frequently.
