TANG BREAKFAST DRINK JELLY image

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 3/4 c sugar
3 c water
1/2 c tang orange crystals powdered drink
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 box (1 3/4 oz) fruit pectin, powdered

Steps:

  • 1. Measure sugar and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; mix well.
  • 2. Place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a hard boil. Immediately add sugar and stir.
  • 3. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • 4. Remove from heat, skim off foam with a metal spoon and pour quickly into half pint glass jars.
  • 5. Wipe rims, apply lids and water bath process for 10 minutes. Remove from canner and place jars on a clean, dry towel to cool.
