Tandoori Chicken Panini image

The tandoori-style spices in this chicken give it a bold flavor that's so hard to resist. It tastes incredible tucked between pieces of naan, then grilled to make Indian-inspired panini. -Yasmin Arif, Manassas, Virginia

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my panini was a complete disaster. The chicken was overcooked and the bread was burnt.

I used a store-bought tandoori marinade for this recipe and it worked out great. I'm sure it would be even better if I made my own marinade, but I didn't have the time.

I'm not a huge fan of cilantro, so I omitted it from the recipe. The panini was still very flavorful without it.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my panini didn't turn out as good as the picture. It was still tasty, though.
