Tamale Balls Recipe - (1/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 lb ground meat
1 1/2 C corn meal
1/2 C flour
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 lb pork sausage
3/4 C V-8 Juice
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
5 C V-8 Juice
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together for tamale balls. Form into balls. Mix all ingredients for sauce. Pour over uncooked balls. Cook over heat (medium) for 45 - 60 minutes.
