A great exotic tropical cocktail, with three types of rum. Coconut cream is similar to coconut milk, but with less water. Mango puree can be bought where cocktail supplies are sold. The names in parentheses are suggested brands.

I'm not sure I like the combination of pineapple, orange, and coconut. It's a bit too sweet for my taste.

This cocktail is a tropical paradise in a glass! The flavors of pineapple, orange, and coconut are perfectly balanced, and the rum gives it a nice kick. I garnished mine with a pineapple wedge and a cherry, and it was the perfect finishing touch.
