Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350* Fix muffin mix according to package directions, spread on a pizza pan into a 12 - 14 " circle, bake 8 - 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turn off oven.
- 2. Brown ground meat and drain. Add taco seasoning packet and tomato sauce to meat. Spread meat mixture on cornbread pizza, top with shredded cheese and put pizza back into the oven to melt the cheese.
- 3. Take finished pizza from the oven, cut into wedges. Serve with the sides of your choice: diced onion, diced tomato, sour cream, guacamole, or shredded lettuce.
